The sermon is often entirely or partially in Arabic and is followed by prayers. Depending on the mosque, the service will last anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes . The most important thing to remember during your mosque visit is to be fully present.

The azan is the commencement of prayers time if you are alone or in a jamath it’s not impossible to say your salat, you should recite the azan then the iqamat and then say your prayers , provided the time has commenced, otherwise your prayers are not valid they would become nafl prayers of the previous time.
Though the Tahajjud can be prayed at any part of the night , if possible, it is best to pray it after midnight, especially during the last third of the night . The time two-thirds of the way between Isha and Fajr is a good time for Tahajjud.
