Muslims pray five times a day every day, but the most important prayer of the week is “jumah,” or the day of gathering, on Friday. So why are Friday prayers so central to the Islamic faith?

The Sustainer of Mankind! Remove the illness, cure the disease. You are the One Who cures.
Pray tahajud, its really effective and say it just before fajr prayer like 15 – 20 minutes before the time of fajr prayer has started . Cry when you make dua, beg Allah , ask Him that no one can help me except You , seek astaghfar and don’t forget to send blessings on Prophet Muhammad SAW before and after dua .
To perform Istikhara , you should first be cleansed, so perform Wudu if necessary. Open your prayer , recite two rak’ah, then offer your Istikhara supplication. Pray the Istikhara when you need to make a decision. Choosing a university or graduate school. Deciding whether to take a job offer. Choosing a spouse.
If you still feel confused, repeat the prayer whenever you want (except while the sun is rising, when the sun is at its peak (which lasts for a minute or so), and the setting of the sun – when we are told not to pray ). You may continue to pray Istikhara until you have found resolution.
