Praise God, I pray for the strength to be thankful for today and the moment, to enjoy the now in the midst of challenges, and to thank God for his favor and grace. Lord, help me to focus on what the Holy Spirit is doing in my life and starve the flesh.
Dear God, I come before you . I am laying my fear and anxiety at your feet. I ask that you help me get through all of the doubts and fears when I feel as if I am being crushed. Remind me that you are a powerful God.
Ten ways to fight your fears Take time out. It’s impossible to think clearly when you’re flooded with fear or anxiety . Breathe through panic. If you start to get a faster heartbeat or sweating palms, the best thing is not to fight it. Face your fears . Imagine the worst. Look at the evidence. Don’t try to be perfect. Visualise a happy place. Talk about it.
Deuteronomy 31:8 “He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid ; do not be discouraged.” When you’re fearing a situation or emotional challenge, really envision God saying this, just to you. He’s on your side.
Give Your Worries to God for Real Peace Reminder, the steps outlined in Philippians 4:6 are Pray, Petition and Be Thankful. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God .
A new study published in Sociology of Religion suggests that prayer can help ease people’s anxiety , but whether it does so depends on the personality of the God they believe in.
” Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” ” Do not fear the king of Babylon, of whom you are afraid. Do not fear him, declares the LORD, for I am with you, to save you and to deliver you from his hand.”
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God . And the peace of God , which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7).
Anxiety can be caused by a variety of things: stress, genetics, brain chemistry, traumatic events, or environmental factors. Symptoms can be reduced with anti-anxiety medication. But even with medication, people may still experience some anxiety or even panic attacks.
As promised, I am going to address the ” spirit of fear “! Fear is a normal, natural flight response to a danger in our surroundings. It intends to keep you from fulfilling the destiny that God has on your life; from living a joyful, spirit led existence where you give to others out of the overflow of love in your life.

Stop trying to impress everyone. Let yourself hope (in God ) Identify your life needs, and focus on what really matters. Question yourself. Get advice when you’re stuck. Be aware of what’s happening around you. Get some encouragement. Get your thoughts under control.
