Dear Father, I pray that as leaders , lead Your people, I pray that they will not do it selfishly, for personal ambition or vain conceit. I pray that You help leaders to realize that leading is really a task that requires them to serve. So, Father, raise up servant leaders , in Jesus’ name. Help them to work in humility.

Lord, I pray that You would grant supernatural healing for our leaders . Grant Your healing powers on them, so that Your healing flows and touches every organ and function of their bodies. Your suffering on our behalf has saved the world. Please once again purchase for our pastors and church the Spirit and grace of God.
Ten Ways to Encourage the Pastor: Live with him in the love of Christ, loving God with all your heart, soul, mind and might and loving the pastor as you love yourself. Love him in the Lord. Pray for him all the time. Let him rest. Honor, appreciate and esteem the pastor. Do everything you can to pump life into his soul.

A pastor needs time with God. Most church members want their pastor to have the power of Moses but would never approve of Him spending 40 days on the mountain to get it. Pray that God’s presence would be evident in your pastor’s life and His power undeniable in his ministry.
O Lord the oil of your healing flows through me like a living stream. I choose to bathe in these clear waters each day. I will keep my eyes on you, and trust in you that I will fully recover. I give you all that I am, and rest in your peace.
