This expands rapidly to a total 13,034,431 experience needed for level 99 . Level 85 requires nearly one quarter of the experience needed for level 99 and level 92 is nearly the exact halfway mark, requiring 6,517,253 experience.
By far the easiest 99 (in RS3 at least) is Thieving thanks to the Thieves Guild and Safecracking . You can get xp levels between 300k-800k per hour by doing safecracking , which has no purchases, requires no quests, and even makes a small profit.

Absolutely worth it for me, and my bank was about half of yours. Also, remember that upgrading to T99 prayers is a higher damage increase than upgrading from a T90 to T92 weapon, so if you’re thinking of buying a Staff of Silske or whatever, you should get the prayer first.
The holy wrench is a reward for completing the Rum Deal quest. If players have it in their inventory when they drink a prayer potion, super restore potion, or Sanfew serum, they will regain additional Prayer points, depending on their Prayer level.
To recharge Prayer points , a player must pray at an altar or drink a potion that restores Prayer points . If a holy wrench is in the player’s inventory or pocket slot while drinking a Prayer – restoring potion, additional Prayer points will be restored.
