A dose of super prayer renewal has the effects of both a prayer potion and prayer renewal , restoring 25%+70 of total Prayer points up front as well as 47%+130.5 Prayer points over the course of 6 minutes.
To recharge Prayer points, a player must pray at an altar or drink a potion that restores Prayer points. If a holy wrench is in the player’s inventory or pocket slot while drinking a Prayer – restoring potion, additional Prayer points will be restored.
The maximum amount of Prayer that can be restored with this potion is 32 at level 96 prayer . A super restore potion restores 1 more prayer points per dose than a prayer potion. A holy wrench in the player’s inventory will add 1-2 additional points to the Prayer restoration of super restore potions.
Members with level 63 Herblore can make a super restore potion by mixing a clean snapdragon in a vial of water and then adding red spider’s eggs, giving 142.5 experience.
Take 40,000 blessed sand to any furnace and make blessed molten glass with it. This requires 100 sand, three soda ash, three red sandstone, and three crystal-flecked sandstone per blessed glass. Turn all of the sand into glass, resulting in 400 blessed glass.

A Saradomin brew temporarily raises Hitpoints by 15% + 2 and Defence by 20% + 2, both rounded down. It temporarily lowers Strength, Attack, Magic and Ranged by 10% + 2. It can heal above the player’s maximum Hitpoints level.
The holy wrench is a reward for completing the Rum Deal quest. If players have it in their inventory when they drink a prayer potion, super restore potion, or Sanfew serum, they will regain additional Prayer points, depending on their Prayer level.
Restores are prayer pots + a stat restore (get your lowered stats from brew back to normal). 3 doses of a brew stat lowering needs 1 sip of a super restore to bring it back to normal. So to heal (if you need to panic or if your guth doesnt heal) drink 3 doses of brew and after that drink 1 dose of super restore .
A dose of restore potion restores levels of temporarily reduced stats in Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged, and Magic equal to 10 + 30% of the related current level, rounded down, for each skill. It does not restore Prayer points or any other skill that is not listed like a super restore .
If the reduced Agility is caused by a disease, the Hero can restore it by paying a priest or healer to cure it. A Potion of Cure Disease will have the same effect.
A Restore Potion can be made by mixing Harralander into a vial of water and then adding red spiders’ eggs. This requires level 22 Herblore, and grants 62.5 experience.
